Our Vegan Pastel Nata is lactose-free, suitable for those following a vegan diet and looking for a pastel de nata with a lower sugar content. 

Ingredients: Water, sugar, ALMOND flour, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), SOY protein, natural flavor (vanilla), vegetable oils and fats, emulsifier, dextrose, acidity regulator, coloring (carotenoids E160aiii), natural flavor, water, and salt.

Validity: Up to 18 months frozen, store in the refrigerator after opening.

 

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 250 ºC. Remove the product directly from the freezer and place it on the trays, leaving a minimum distance between the units (no thawing required). Bake at 230 ºC for 10–12 minutes. Thawing time: 0 minutes.
