We recreated one of our traditions, in its vegan version. A bed of potatoes, black-eyed peas topped with onions, green beans, the sea flavor of seaweed, finished with a generous layer of cornbread and a good Portuguese olive oil.

Preparation instructions: Preheat the oven to 175ºC (350ºF) and bake for 45 to 60 minutes without defrosting.
