Friar's Bread

We recreated one of our traditions, in its vegan version. A bed of potatoes, black-eyed peas topped with onions, green beans, the sea flavor of seaweed, finished with a generous layer of cornbread and a good Portuguese olive oil.

Ingredients: Potato, cauliflower, cornbread (baker 's yeast, sugar, corn flour, wheat flour ( GLUTEN ) , salt and olive oil), black-eyed peas , vegan béchamel sauce , water, onion, green beans, olive oil, miso , kombu seaweed, parsley, cilantro, garlic, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt. Preparation instructions: Preheat the oven to 175ºC (350ºF) and bake for 45 to 60 minutes without defrosting.

Shelf life: Up to 6 months frozen.
