We have recreated one of our traditions in its vegan version. A bed of potatoes, the black-eyed peas receive a sautéed onion, green beans, the sea flavor from the seaweed finished with a generous layer of corn bread and good Portuguese olive oil.
Ingredients: Potato, cauliflower, corn bread (yeast for baking, sugar, corn flour, wheat flour(GLUTEN), salt and olive oil), black-eyed peas, vegan béchamel, water, onion, green beans, olive oil, miso, Kombu seaweed, parsley, coriander, garlic, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt. (Vegan)
Weight: 700g
Preparation Method: Preheat and place in the oven at 175ºC for 45 to 60 minutes, without thawing.
Validity: Up to 6 months frozen.
