It's not always easy to maintain a healthy routine. We feel that in our skin.

It was in the midst of the chaos of the pandemic that everything began. Not as a business plan, but as a real need. The need to find food that was simultaneously practical, nutritious, and genuinely tasty.

We explored shelves, read labels, tried what the market had to offer. And we always found the same frustration: options that were too processed, lacking soul. There was a lack of flavor. There was a lack of truth.

It was then that paths crossed with Chef Luccas Paixão. Together, we began to create in the kitchen of our store, with ingredients chosen one by one. Without big plans. With a growing conviction: this could be different.

And it was.

The first to taste were surprised. Then they came back. Then they brought someone. ASÖKA began to win fans, people who suddenly wanted more. The word spread from table to table, until it reached restaurants and supermarkets that shared the same vision.

Today we no longer produce only in a kitchen. But the care with which we choose each ingredient and build each recipe remains exactly the same. The mission has grown. To take ASÖKA to the world, because we believe that plant-based food deserves to be honest, healthy, accessible, delicious, and for everyone.
